12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

For 8 week (or shorter) assignments, BLS should not expire during the assignment. For assignments >8 weeks in length, BLS should not expire within 2 weeks of the expected start date.

Going guarantee: 40 hours / week

Shift: 07:00:00 AM - 03:30:00 PM M/W/F; 11:30:00 AM - 08:00 PM T/THURS - OR - 11:30 AM - 08:00 PM M/W; 07:00 AM - 3:30 PM; T/THURS; 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Fri.

Perform outpatient orthopedic/musculoskeletal rehabilitation. 12 patients per day, adults only.

Possible float to other nearby sites.
