Requirements

Experience

24 months of Operating Room experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40

Shift Requirements: 8-12hr Variable Shifts; start times range from 0630-0730

Weekend/Holiday: Weekend Call - every 3-4 weeks, Rotating holidays

On Call/Call Back Requirements: 1 week of call every 3-4 weeks; 30-min response time

Previous experience working in Critical Access Hospital is beneficial.

Ability to circulate and/or scrub is required.

Unit Information: GI, Ortho, Cataracts, Podiatry, Vascular, Pain Clinic, OB/GYN

Primary Cases: GI - colonoscopy/EGD; lap chole, appy, c-sections

Scrub colors: Scrubs are provided by the hospital.
