RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Call required.

Every 6 weeks - 2 weeknights from 11p-7a

1 x 48-hr weekend from Sat 7a - Mon 7a.

Start time varies from 0600-0645.

Preferred: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics.

Preferred: Assembly/Wrap/Mako Robot/Eye cases scrub scrub.

Required: Case Cart/Scrub/DaVinci Xi & Laparoscopic Scrub.

Is on-call REQ? Yes Work one Saturday day shift 8-hour and rotate week.

May be required to float to providence little company of Mary medical center San Pedro.

RTO Restrictions: Must be noted at time of submittal.
