Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

10 months of Ambulatory Surgery Center experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Canadian Candidates: Required to have a US SSN to apply.

Normal hours of operation for SDS are Monday through Friday, 0530- 2130 or until the last patient is discharged.

Shifts may be adjusted according to patient census daily. If the patient is staying overnight, he/she will be transferred to a floor with an available bed.

On weekend days, SDS patients will be cared for on acute care floors as census allows. If no beds are available, SDS staff will cover the SDS census.
