Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

36 months of Nursery experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Need 1 RN manager or director reference. Must have academic medical center experience or experience in a 500+ bed facility.

Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are review on a very limited basis).

Days/Eves/Nights Rotate & Every other weekend.

2+ years of NICU experience required.

Encompasses L&D, PP, NBN, 2 OR’s, 2 ANU rooms, RR.

Skill Sets Required: Special Care Nursery & Newborn Care.

Rotating Shifts Required: Day Rotate is (7a-7p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a) with 1 Night of Call. Eves & Nights Shifts do not rotate.

Clinician to Patient Ratio: L&D 1:2-3 Evals, 1:1 active labor, magnesium gtt or EPIDURAL. PP 1:3-4.

Average daily census 15-25 mother, babies and labor.

BLS and NRP must be AHA, ARC, CHSF or Military.
