Experience
24 months of Long Term Care experience is required from last 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

40 Guaranteed Hours
This is for a clinical care position.
Monday through Friday, but there is a potential for needing some off hours such as weekends and holidays due to open shifts.
Minimum Data Set (MDS) experience preferred but not required
Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) experience preferred but not required
