Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40

Shift Requirements: M-F

Float Requirements: Wausau, with a strong potential to assist Antigo primarily, Rhinelander, Rapids, Merrill, Stanley and Medford as well.

Weekend/Holiday: PT's rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks. (the Sat. they work would be given a day off during the week) Saturday only. No holiday.

Required Education: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Minimum Experience: Home Health experience, training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis. Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards and practices acquired through a minimum of a Masters degree in Physical Therapy. Charting/Equipment: Laptop for point of service documentation, NetSmart EMR, and cell phone for GPS and communication.

Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
