Weekend Req: Will work every third weekend.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes- PT work throughout various units in hospital

Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is mostly M-F block with every third weekend req'd.

Special Requirements: Required Specialty/Patient Population Skills/Experience: Cardiopulmonary, Geriatrics, Neurology, Orthopedics. Required Work Setting Experience: Acute Care, Rehabilitation Hospital. Required Assessment Skills/Experience: Adaptive Devices, AROM/AAROM/PROM, Arousal and Attention, Assistive Devices, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, Pain assessment, Sensory response, Skin integrity, Strength testing, Vital signs. Required Cardiopulmonary/Circulatory Skills/Experience: Breathing Techniques, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Myocardial Infarction (MI), Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD). Required Documentation Skills/Experience: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Long Term Goals, Plan of Care, Reassessments, RUG Levels, Short Term Goals, Time Management. Required Equipment and Device Skills/Experience: Bed alarms, Call lights, Crutches, Gait belt, Hospital bed, Hoyer lift, Lower extremity prosthetics, Rolling walker, Shoulder slings, Sit to stand lift, Sliding boards, Soft/Hard collars, Specialty Beds (air mattresses), Standard Walker, Supplemental Oxygen, Wheelchair assessment. Required Orthopedics Skills/Experience: Ankle sprains, Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD), Degenerative Joint Disease (DDD), Elbow injuries/tendinopathy, Extremity Mobilization, Frozen shoulder, Gait training, Hand injuries/tendinopathy, Hip fractures/injuries, Knee injuries/tendinopathy, LE Amputations, Low back pain, Lumbar Traction, Myofascial Release, Osteoarthritis, Post op cervical surgery, Post op shoulder repair, Post op spinal surgery, Prosthetic training, Sciatica, Spinal Conditions, Spinal mobilization, Taping, Total hip replacement, Total knee replacement, UE Amputations. Required Neurologic Case Skills/Experience: Cognitive disorders, Concussion, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular dystrophy, Nerve palsy, Neurodevelopmental Technique (NDT), Parkinson’s disease, Post Stroke Rehabilitation, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain Injury. Required Modality Skills/Experience: TENS, Ultrasound. Required Billing Skills/Experience: Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare A, Medicare B, Private Pay, Worker's Compensation. State license required. Required Age specific competencies: Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, and Older Adult.

Teaching hospital experience preferred.

Level II trauma experience preferred.

RTO – we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate MUST WORK 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer
