Experience

Travel experience is required.

36 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40 hrs

Shift Requirements: Variable day shifts.

On Call/Call-Back: 1 night a week, 1 backup call a week and then 1 weekend per month.

Weekend/Holiday: weekends for call. Holiday rotation.

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: 3+ year experience in cardiac.

First assist experience CVOR required.

Trauma II experience required.

No Endoscopic vein harvesting needed for this position, there are PA's that will do this.

CVOR FA will do the full array of on and off pump CABG, valve replacements, and some robotics cases. Facility used DaVinci.

Scrub Colors: provided.

Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
