Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

Are Staff Required to Float? If so, where? Yes - 2 Med-Surg Units and PCU

Number of Beds: 58

RN Ratio (Nights): Med-Surg-6 to 1

Patient Population (Adult, Peds, Mixed): Adults

Common Patient Diagnosis: Orthopedic surgeries ( knee, hip, shoulder), Orthopedic injuries, Oncology, Post Surgicals such as hysterectomies, breast reonrtuction, plastic surgery, Urological cases and abdominal cases. Behavioral patients awaiting medical clearance

Looking for orthopedic and medical surgical experience.

    • RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * *
