Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Case Management experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Additional Details:
RN Case Manager with experience as follows:
Conducting patient initial assessments.
Acute Care hospital experience.
Strong Utilization Review (InterQual) exp required.
Shift Information: 0800-1630, Monday thru Friday.
Guaranteed Hours: 40
There will be up to 36 hours of call off available to the facility at no cost during the course of the assignment.
