12 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required from last 2 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

CDN (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric

EMR: Crown Web experience (preferred)

Dress Code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color

No RTO allowed since this is a shorter assignment.

1 year or more current Dialysis experience - Required

Geriatric patient experience - Required

Preferred: CNN or CDN Certification
