Requirements

Experience

12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from any number of months.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

CPI (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Experience working with the Behavioral and CD population.

CPI Trained. If not CPI certified can complete within 6 weeks of start date.

Weekend Required: Every 3rd weekend.

May accept COVID exemption with proper documentation and approval.

RTO – 10 days or less (outside of holidays), requires facility approval

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer.

Labs must be completed within 48 hours of booking assignment – completed no later than 5 business days.
