12 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New York license

Schedule: Monday - Friday; combination of 4x10s, 2x12s, and 2x8s - Dependent upon office needs

Floating: Will float to other locations as needed.
