Requirements

Experience

12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Emergency Department experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a South Carolina license or compact license

Additional Details:

Every other weekend required; block scheduling may be requested if every other weekend requirement can still be met.

All RTO and scheduling requests must be included on your application for consideration.

2+ years of Level 1, 2, or 3 trauma experience as well as Peds experience in ER

Must be skilled in vents, IV starts, triage, telemetry, and conscious sedation

Care for all ages and disease processes and injuries. We transfer LVOs, critical pediatric patients, burns, and multi-trauma

No block scheduling

Solid scrub top, white scrub bottoms. No open toed shoes, no clogs with heel

Designated stroke/chest pain - psychiatric evaluations/holds

Support staff: ECC Techs (perform EKGs, splints, phlebotomy, etc.), pt sitters for safety and suicide ideation.
