Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Home Health experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Experience with Oasis is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Schedule Requirements: Monday - Friday. Open to 4x10s as well. West region- which is Adams county and surrounding areas.

Weekend Requirement: Every 6th weekend rotation

Call Requirement: None

Holiday Requirement: As needed

Could care for COVID patients.

Tobacco and fragrance free facility - please notify traveler prior to submission.

RTO: if more than 5 days of RTO, time will be added at the end of the contract to ensure a full 13 weeks
