RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Patient Diagnoses PREFERRED: Neonates, Infants, ICU, Trauma I REQUIRED: Community Hospital Experience

Special Procedures/Unit Details Work off RCP protocols - evaluate, access and treat the patients. Regional trauma center. We care for all types of patient diagnosis' and need good critical thinking skills. We have a great collaborative team in our dept along with the nurses, providers and other caregivers so will appreciate someone who exhibits good teamwork.

Special Equipment Equipment used: PB840 and Avea Ventilators, 1200 LTV Ventilator for transports, ParaPac MRI Vent, V60 Bipap, Vapotherm, Metaneb and Cough Assist, Dream station, Ambu Bronch Scopes and the Smart Vest for Percussion.

Equipment PREFERRED: Puritan Bennett, Avea

REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA’s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked
