24 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required.
Experience with Cerner is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

8 Weeks--30 to 40hrs per week ---Possibility fo 10 weeks tops

This position also reports to SMMH (Kapaa, HI)

The primary function of this position is to provide occupational therapy at both facilities and therapeutic activities to in-patients, residents and out-patients as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team. This position works in conjunction with the Physical Therapy dept. in providing LTC activity programs for the residents at both KVMH and SMMH. This position requires travel to SMMH on a regular basis.

Education: Applicants for all levels must have a baccalaureate degree in occupational therapy from a school of occupational therapy approved at the time of graduation by the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. in collaboration with the American Medical Association; or in the case of a foreign-trained person, the credentials indicating completion of an occupational therapy education program shall be evaluated and approved by the Certification Committee of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. In addition, applicants must have successfully completed the field work requirements prescribed by the degree awarding school.
