Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Facility Setting? Acute Rehab.

Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? No only on acute rehab unit.

Preferred experience level? any.

Scrub colors / dress code: Gray.

Normal business hours, 8-430 but can be flexible.

Weekends: On Request
