Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

PALS (Required)

NRP (Preferred)

Weekend Requirements: Up to 4 weekend shifts/month

Holiday Requirements: Must be available for 2 out of 3 major winter holidays and 2 out of 3 summer holidays. Winter holidays are Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Summer holidays are Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.

Patient Population (Diagnoses): Respiratory illness, spinal surgery, craniotomy, Sepsis, Shock, Diabetic Ketoacidosis, general surgery, ENT
