60 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:
With rotating day off
Rotating on call (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
On-Call Requirements: 6-8 days per month; including one weekend; Call back time 30 minutes
Holidays: As needed
5+ year recent Cath Lab exp, multi-special lab and need high experience nurses in EP\Cath\IR
