Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months.

BSN completion preferred

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a District of Columbia license

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.

Must start on 4/28 or 5/5 for higher rate.

On Call/Weekend Requirement: no on call requirement; weekend included in rotation.

Float requirement: Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.

MS Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Tele, experience with interpretation of dysrhythmias, feeding tube care and management, IV Therapy to include PICC line and peripheral line management & IV Start.
