Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.
In the interest of expediting your submission, please list the specialties/unit in which you've worked in and all applicable instrumental/tray processing fields you have experience with (Example: General, OB/GYN, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Ortho, etc.) on your work history.
High school diploma or equivalent.
CRCST or CBSPDT
No Weekend Requirement-but is preferred.
No Holiday Requirement.
No On-Call Requirement- but is preferred.
At least One year of SPT Experience in Acute Care-Required
Float Requirement: Yes, may be floated to earlier shifts based on need
Must be highly reliable and be available to work all days other than those that were pre-disclosed prior to offer.
Must not have alternative jobs that would interfere with HMH schedule being a priority.
