Requirements

Experience

3 months of Home Health experience is required.

3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.

3 months of experience with Oasis is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

IV Certification is required at submission.

Weekend rotation; day off offered Thursday before and Tuesday after weekend

Coverage area: Oceanside, Cardiff by the Sea, Delmar, Encinitas, San Luis Rey, Sollano Beach, Rancho Sante Fe, parts of San Marcos

Will only consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.

Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator

Must be proficient with blood draws and IV's
