Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.
Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling: weekends only, block scheduling, etc.
Only 1 Holiday RTO will be accepted. This includes: Thanksgiving (11/28 - 11/29), Christmas (12/24-12/25), and New Years (12/31-1/1).
Unit is MS and handles SNF and LTAC transfers and end of life care patients; all AH travelers are PCU due to patients may upgrade while on unit and may not be able to be transferred. Also floating requirements must be PCU; may float to other MS or PCU units and take unit appropriate assignments
No background hits accepted.
All candidates must be willing to float to other units and some facilities require floating to sister sites (please see the Banner Program document for details).
Candidates are not allowed RTO in the first week of their assignment and no more than 7 days of RTO (more than 5 days in one week will require a 14-week assignment).
Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).
