Requirements
Experience
3 months of Home Health experience is required.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Minnesota license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience is required.

Shift days: Monday - Friday

Coverage area: Ramsey and Washington County in MN, and, if licensed, Wisconsin-St. Croix and Pierce

2nd coverage area: South St Paul, St. Paul, Mendota Heights and Inver Grove heights

Must have recent HH experience 2023-24.

Client may consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.

Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator
