Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Additional Details:

Please be expected to float between Avista, Longmont, St. Anthony North, St. Anthony, and Ortho CO as this is a requirement for Centura Health.

Requires post-partum LDRP experience

On call per unit needs

Ratios: our primarily 1:1 in labor, 1:2 in early labor. 1 - 2 to 3 postpartum couplets

Number of Deliveries per month: approximately 30 per month

Circulate C-Sections: Yes

Associate Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred.
