Requirements

Experience

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from last 3 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Travelers may be required to participate in holiday and weekend rotation.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48

Special Requirements: Adult outpatient experience required.

Hand clinic experience strongly preferred.

Scrub Color: Business Casual

Parking Cost: No parking fees for employee parking

All clinicians (allied/CNAs/RNs, etc.) cannot work past 1 year as a traveler. A 6 month break must be taken in order to return as a traveler
