Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit

Additional Details:

In addition to a valid driver's license, you MUST include a utility bill in your application. The bill must be in your name & match the address on your driver's license (and issued within the last 3 months).

No block scheduling requests & no holiday RTO will be approved.

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.

First timers accepted: Yes

Experience required: 2 years Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience

EKG Course/Telemetry test

No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted per every 13 weeks (NO HOLIDAY RTO at all). If RTO with holiday or more than 5 days is submitted, our team will be looping in Submittal Excellence/team lead.

Floating: All candidates must be willing to float to other areas – even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75 miles. Do not sub unless the traveler is aware and willing to float

Traveler must have a minimum of 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as an employee to be eligible for submission
