Requirements

Experience

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40

Shift Requirements: 8-10 Hour Flexible Day shifts

Weekend/Holiday: Possibility of 1-2 weekends in 13 week contract - NO Holidays

Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience - General PT/ Ortho skills

Unit Specific Skillset: 8-10 patients. Ortho outpatient unit/ Acute inpatient as well
