Travel Nurse (RN) - Case Management

Additional Details:

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.

Unit Accepts 1st Time Traveler w/ Inpatient Acute Care Exp

FLOAT: Required. Possibly, off campus if census low to Issaquah, FH, Ballard, and Edmonds

Weekend coverage required

Systems: AIDA for post acute referrals. SBAR.

Skills: Acute Hospital, Care Coordination, Discharge Planning, Needs Assessment/Order DME, Plan of Care (REQUIRED)

BLS Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.
