Additional Details:

Monday-Friday.

40hr guarantee.

Weekend Requirements: Holiday coverage if required.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved!

No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.

Traveler must be willing to work ONE of the following:

Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after.

New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after.

3 years current experience in approved laboratory.

Another name for this skill is fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS)

Bachelor degree in Medical Technology or related science required.

ASPC (Cytometry, SCYM required) or ICCE required - Equivalent certs are not accepted - An ASCP/Cytotechnologist will not be accepted without the SCYM or ICCE Test.

Must have ability and education to perform high-complexity laboratory testing.

Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

Another name for this profession is fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). A cytotechnologist without the ASCP (SCYM) will not be considered for this need.
