Familiarity with an Instrument Tracking System.
Must be able to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment.
High School Diploma / GED Required.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
At least seven (5) years progressive experience in a Central Sterile environment Required
Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)b Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire Required or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire Required
Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) The International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management within 12 months Preferred
Certified Instrument Specialist Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) within 12 months Preferred
Level 4 Worker - Covid Vaccination Required
