24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Additional Details:

Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.

Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling: weekends only, block scheduling, etc.

Only 1 Holiday RTO will be accepted. This includes: Thanksgiving (11/28 - 11/29), Christmas (12/24-12/25), and New Years (12/31-1/1). Candidates are not allowed RTO in the first week of their assignment.

Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).

Maybe required to float to sister site Banner Goldfield, dependent on census and staffing.
