Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Proof of Identification

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.

Type of equipment : Stryker beds, phones & headsets for easy communication to patients and coworkers

Scheduling requirements: every other weekend and some holidays

Floating policy: float as needed if census drops

Patient Experience requirements: hourly rounding, daily huddle participation

Dress Code: Navy scrubs
