Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
36 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
NRP (Required)
Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours 36 hours per week

BSN Required: Yes

L&D/PP/MB (LDRP)

Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios? Yes

Common diagnoses/Types of patients Preeclampsia, Previa, Twins, Diabetics

Experience or 'Must have' skills LDR, circulate the OR

Are RNs required to titrate drips? Pitocin, and Insulin

Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) we put them where the needs are

Weekend Requirements: weekends as needed, first to float

Holiday Requirements We try to not schedule travelers but there may be an occasional time we need to do that

Is there a call or standby requirement? No call

Floating Requirements Yes we float to the Meridian, Nampa hospitals and have to sit with pts on other floors. The travelers also float to my Antepartum which is a 13 bed high-risk Antepartum unit.

How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation? 1 shift in each area-LD, Antepartum, and LD OR
