Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.
Must have a Certificate/Degree in Surgical Assisting from an accredited school.
The certification for this is usually from the NBSTA, National Board of Surgical Technologists and Surgical Assistants
2 years experience in a hospital setting required
Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1/1
Must have (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)
- Robotic experience
- Ortho experience
Preferred or nice to have (candidates with these skills will be considered first)
- Neurosurgical experience
Scrub Color/Attire - navy
Weekends and On call(if any)
- Call rotation on average 2 call shifts per week (includes weekday night and weekend primary and backup)
Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply
