Adult Cardiac Sonographer needed
- Left-handed scanning preferred
- Transplant hospital exp preferred
- Academic experience required
- Biweekly orientation. We typically book 4-5 weeks out to allow for compliance.
Shifts are 8 or 10 hours, depending upon need/and assignments. We also have 1 week of call in the 13 weeks. Two weekends of call in 13 weeks. Assignments are at the Main Campus (inpatient/outpatients) and at our Stony Point location (clinic/ outpatients), which is located in the same pavilion as the main medical center.
10 hour shifts start at 0600 or 0700; 8 hour shifts start at 0700, 0800, and 0830, may vary upon assignment, needs of the department or location-- Main Campus or outlying Cardiology clinic.
Productivity requirements are 6-8 studies in a 8 hour day or 8-9 studies in a 10 hour day.
Certification required, will accept either CCI or RDCS- Adult
RTO should be included at the time of submission
No time off requests during the first week of the contract.
Return Staff Policy: 6 month gap to be considered as a traveler.
