Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment.
Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits.

Common diagnoses/Types of patients Pneumonia, UTI, AMS, GI bleed, Alcohol w/d, falls/weakness
RNs are required to titrate drips with exceptions - No cardiac drip titration.
Common titratable &/or set rate drips: heparin, bumex, lasix
Shifts & Scheduling: Shifts: No self- scheduling or block scheduling. Schedule is made out by the manager who will work with staff around any requested time off (RTO). Travelers are expected to be flexible and help to fill gaps in permanent schedule.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
Holiday Requirement: May be asked to go in the Holiday Rotation.
Call or a Standby requirement: No
Floating Requirements: Floating and shift pull rotation. May be floated to any other MS, MS-Tele, or IMC for lower acuity pts on the floor

Number of shifts of unit/department specific orientation: 1 day Educator/Computer System, 1 day with a preceptor
