All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).

Mon-Fri; Weekends not required

Daily Patient Load: 1:40

Years of Experience REQ: At least 1 YR of social work experience working with geriatrics in a psychiatric setting and/or short-term acute care inpatient setting

Skills REQ: Case management

Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.

This is a mental health social work case manager role. The candidate needs experience providing direct care to an acute population, similar to a community mental health position. The social worker will ideally have experience with: • Suicide and safety assessments • Crisis triage • Diagnosing mental disorders and identifying best treatment practices • Geriatric or at least adult mental health and substance use disorder treatment • Short term treatment methods

• Attire / Scrub Color: Any basic color scrubs

LICSW is not required though preferred, but the most important thing is mental health experience with serious mental health disorders
