Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Interventional Radiology experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

Please fill out Lehigh Valley Hospital Network Auto Offer Form to Submission. No RTO. No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Documentation of 3 doses Hepatitis B vaccine required, please do not apply if you are not able to supply these.

36 or 48 hour contracts are available upon request.

On Call: 1 day per week (M-Th) 5:30p-7a, Every 4th weekend Fri 5:30p-Mon 7a

Education - Required Graduate of accredited Nursing program.

Education - Preferred Bachelor's Degree Nursing

Experience - Preferred 1 year Acute Care Experience and/or experience congruent with role in service line.
