Travel Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Transitional Care Unit

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

No Block Scheduling.

Type of patients: patients with CHF, MI, CP, arrhythmia, Pulmonary Hypertension; valvular disease, endocarditis; DKA; post cardiac Cath/stent; post pacer/ICD/ ablation.

Type of equipment: Zoll, Baxter pump, lift equipment, bladder scanner

Cardiac Stepdown

Must have: Experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications like nitroglycerine, Cardizem, amiodarone, dopamine, dobutrex, insulin drip, heparin, bumex/Lasix; etc.

Experience with prostacyclins (Flolan, Veletri, Remodulin) and Relief charge experience preferred

Procedures performed on unit: Bedside Cardioversion

Floating Area: All MedSurg units, Stepdown units, COVID unit, and ER holding.

Scrub Color/Attire - all white or all navy blue or white top and navy-blue pants.

Every other Weekend
