Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

36 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from any number of months.

BSN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Requirement: As needed

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Preeclampsia, Previa, Twins, Diabetics

Experience or Must have skills: LDR, circulate the OR

RNs required to titrate drips - Pitocin and Insulin

Common titratable &/or set rate drips Pitocin commonly used-1-20ml/units, may go up to 40 ml/units

Holiday Requirements: We try to not schedule travelers but there may be an occasional time we need to do that

Call or standby requirement: No Call

Floating Requirements: First to float. Float to the Meridian, Nampa hospitals and have to sit with pts on other floors. The travelers also float to my Antepartum which is a 13 bed high-risk Antepartum unit.
