Travelers must have a permanent address outside of the 75 mile straight line radius of intended facility, not driving distance.
Anyone granted a covid vaccine exemption must comply with weekly testing and proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

2 years’ experience current required in large OR. Ortho, ENT, and/or vascular experience a plus. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.
BLS, (ACLS, and PALS if obtained) must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
Candidate must be able to scrub.
Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekends, on call, and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
ORIENTATION: Is the first week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training (Epic test out available if has used Epic in last six months)
