Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required from last 3 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Guaranteed hours: 40

Shift: Monday to Friday

1 day/week will be in Sheldon, Iowa – mileage will need to be tracked for reimbursement.

Primarily outpatient with a small amount of inpatient and video swallows. Outpatient caseload is a mix of peds and adult population. There will be co-treats with OT and peds patients.

Floating to over units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?): 1x/week in Sheldon Iowa
