Requirements
Experience
10 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Skills required: Acute Care/Outpatient Experience

RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer.

RTO must be included at time of the submission

Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year

Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks

Traveler will primarily be working in an Outpatient setting.

Magnet/Teaching/Level Trauma: Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital

Scrub Color: Any or Business Casual

If traveler accepts hospital provided housing or rental car, they are not eligible for housing or rental car stipends.

Return Staff Policy (6 months to return as traveler)

BLS - Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only.
