12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Open to temp to perm.

Experience preferred.

Shift: Monday to Friday (likely able to pick up a weekend shift at the hospital if wanting a weekday off)

Outpatient facility (43 William B. Graham Court Kilmarnock, VA) attached to hospital.

Patient Pop: Geriatric Ambulatory Outpatient Orthopedics and Neuro mainly including joint replacements, post stroke, balance, etc.

Minimum Education: 4yr Bachelor’s Degree Physical Therapy Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with minimum of Bachelor’s degree.

Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with Doctorate level degree preferred.

Certification in a specialty area, for example: OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women’s Health, etc. preferred
