Requirements

Experience

12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is preferred.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Facility is willing to consider 3x12s if preferred

Required to participate in call rotation with department staff (7p-7a weekdays, weekend call is 24 hours)

Must be able Scrub Heart

Required Experience: Atrial Septic defect (adult) repair, CABG, MAZE procedure, Mitral valve replacement, TAVR

Scrubs provided

RTO: can request no more than 5 non-consecutive days for approval. During holiday season (Nov-Jan), only one holiday RTO can be requested for approval. All RTO is approved by management prior to clinician signing a contract. Once confirmed, will be listed in Work Order Confirmation
