Requirements
Experience
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 2 years.
Experience with WebPT is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
No block scheduling.
Driver's License/Government Issued ID and Social Security Card is required to apply.
Requirement of (4) days 9hrs each, Friday 4hrs for total of 40hrs a week. Or (4) days of 10hrs each off Friday's.
Must be experience in outpatient ortho setting.
