Requirements

Experience

24 months of Home Health experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Hospice and HOME Care experience

On call or weekends required? 1 weekend per month and possibly an additional day on a weekend

Float: Yes, from county to county (We cover Morris, Somerset, Union, and Essex) Our greatest need is in Morris County

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.; BSN or progress towards BSN preferred

Minimum of 2 years of home care experience in a Medicare certified agency

Monday- Friday

No on call or holiday requirement.
